What is TET and its eligibility?
The Teacher Eligibility Test, called TET, is the minimum qualification required in India for an Individual to become eligible for an appointment as a teacher for Classes I to VIII. The test is compulsory for teaching jobs in Indian government schools.
Who are eligible for TET 2021?
TET Exam 2021 Eligibility Candidates who have passed senior secondary or any equivalent exam with at least 50% and have passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.
Can we give TET exam without B Ed?

How many time we can give TET exam?
The HTET qualifying certificate is valid for a period of seven years from the date of passing the examination. There is no restriction on the number of times a candidate may attempt the test, and candidates who have already obtained the HTET/STET qualification may resit the test in order to improve their score.
How can I prepare for TET?
In order to prepare for the TET exam, candidates should be familiar with the exam pattern and syllabus of the TET exam prescribed officially by the exam conducting body. The teacher eligibility tests typically consist of two papers 1 and 2. Paper 1 is conducted for candidates who plan to teach classes 1 to 5.
