Dead enemies on the watchout towers have to be thrown to the ground to hide them. For level 12 never drop Masaru, enter the level and skip the cut scene. Quickly select Hayato and do something to cancel the picking animation. If you never pick up Masaru from the beginning then you wont have to worry about dropping him.
