- Go to ups.com, enter your tracking or InfoNotice number into the tracking area located on the left side of the screen, and select Track.
- From the Tracking Detail page, add SMS notifications by selecting Request Status Updates.
How long does smartpac take to deliver?
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days during non-festive periods and 5 to 7 days during festive periods. Cut-off timing for processing of daily orders is set at 2pm. New orders submitted after 2pm will be processed the following work day.

SmartPac is a tracked postage-paid packaging. Just pack and post the SmartPac item into any SingPost bulk posting box at the post office or street posting box by the collection time and the item will be delivered to the recipient’s letterbox within 2 working days (Monday to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays).
